  • Abusing Good Game Pickups announcements or invite features by repeatedly inviting others of whom's interest may not be relevant.
  • Creating events or accounts for the purpose of cross-promotion without Good Game Pickups consent.

Using profanity in an attacking, sexual way, or in a way intended to offend people, is prohibited in Good Game Pickups, or any other area that is publicly promoted or viewable on the Platform.

In order to provide quality experience to our members, titles and names in Good Game Pickups are to be relevant, useful, and easy to understand. Excessive or improper use of punctuation, symbols, capitalization, spacing, URLs, or repetition, intended to grab attention from a title, will need to be edited.

In an event in which an organizer is charging a fee to join their event, the fee or price must be stated in the title and/or event description and must be clearly visible to any potential attendees.

We consider the following examples to be excessive or gimmicky use of numbers, symbols, punctation, repetition, or spacing: !!PICK UP!!, P*I*C*K*U*P, PiCkUp, p i c k u p, or p1ckup.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Posting content that violates another party's intellectual property right is prohibited.

When provided with the requisite information, Good Game Pickups will remove or disable access to material that infringes on the intellectual propety rights of others or remove accounts of those who may be repeat infringers. Please note that simply holding an event around a similar topic in a shared location, is generally not considered a violation of our policies.

If a member or organizer passes away, Good Game Pickups cannot provide access to their account, even to family members or people acting on the behalf of the estate. Good Game Pickups will work with families and honor their wishes if they choose to close accounts or transfer them to another member.

Good Game Pickups members and organizers must be at least 18 years of age. Therefore, Good Game Pickups must target at and only offer opportunities for those who are over 18.

While Good Game Pickups events are welcome to provide activities for all ages, any children present at Good Game Pickups events must be supervised and accompanied by an adult guardian.

Good Game Pickups may remove certain members when we become aware that the member is a convicted sex offender or has been convicted of a violent, fraudulent, or dangerous crime. Good Game Pickups may also remove a member based on their criminal record, for safety, or for other concerns. Members with concerns about criminal or illegal activity should always report it to local authorities.

All Good Game Pickups events should be accurately described in the title and their description fields to allow members to make informed decisions about their participation.

Organizers must be honest in the way they conduct their Good Game Pickups activities and upfront about the nature of their activities, interests, requirements, intentions, and or official organization affiliations.

Businesses and services must ensure they disclose reasonable expectations and aspirations. Good Game Pickups cannot verify promises or assurances of health cures and mental cures so these are prohibited.

Good Game Pickups supports businesses and organizations that want to build local communities on Good Game Pickups. Businesses and brands have to be focused on sports, health and fitness, in order to use Good Game Pickups.

Good Game Pickups events are required to disclose any affiliations with companies, businesses, brands or organizations in their event title and description fields.

Any offerings should be centered on sports and fitness activities that build community connections.

Classes and workshops are allowed provided they list expected costs and requirements upfront, are clear about any business, organization, or school affiliations, set proper expectations for members and are positioned to build lasting member-to-member connections via in person participation.

Good Game Pickups does not support activites or practices that involve regulated services that need to be provided by legally licensed professions in fields such as medicine, psychology or mental health.

Good Game Pickups does not validate professional credentials or licenses.

Pornography is not allowed on Good Game Pickups. Publicly shared photos must be appropriate for general audiences. Nude or sexual photos are not allowed in public spaces.
